At Captain Events, event management is the process of taking our clients’ ideas, dreams, strange plans that only make sense to them at that exact moment, and turning them into a practical, well managed and safe event.

Event Marketing

Our dedicated team will build your event from the ground up, devoting time to build an engaged social media and traditional audience base that can't wait for your day.

Office Team

Ryan leads the office team on Risk Assessments, Road Closures, Event Plans, Logistics Mapping and High Level Coffee Consumption. It's all done here at our offices in the South West

Marketing Team

The design and marketing teams are one and the same. Jon is the genius behind all the fancy pictures. Lee builds a marketing plan with social and traditional media alongside quirky stunts to get events the coverage they deserve.

Onsite Team

Get your feet up on event day and let our team take care of it. All they ask for is hobnobs and directions to the best coffee in town.
